Yes, when your location is connected to FullCap Booking. FullCap Phone checks live openings, books the requested barber and service, and texts a confirmation. If you use another scheduler, it can text your booking link so the caller finishes there.
Can a caller ask for a specific barber?
Yes. With FullCap Booking connected, it checks that barber’s availability for the requested service length and offers an open time or the next open chair.
Can I keep my shop number?
Yes. Your pilot gives the AI a separate line. Test it yourself, then forward calls from the shop number your customers already know. You decide when to route calls to it.
What happens when someone needs a person?
Set a human handoff number so FullCap can transfer callers to your team. Use a number that does not forward straight back to the AI. You can also review call recordings and transcripts to see how calls were handled.
